How did we get here?
Our journey started with our Founder, Philip Beere, during his time as Head of Marketing at Sightline Payments. Faced with the challenge of quickly establishing a strong B2B and B2C presence, he addressed the limitations of location-based recruitment by assembling a highly skilled remote marketing team.
After Sightline Payments was acquired by Searchlight Capital in 2022, Philip decided to take his expertise and team to the next level. He launched &MARKETING to provide marketing services on a broader scale, empowering companies to tackle the same challenges he once faced at Sightline.
